We want you and your dog to love your Delphi Dog Drying Socks! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges in line with the policy outlined below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Clean and free from pet hair, dirt, or damage

In the original packaging with all tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
How to Exchange an Item
If you select the wrong size please don't worry. Our exchange policy allows for free shipping for one replacement. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at hello@delphidog.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

We will provide you with an exchange authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back.

Pack your item securely and return it to the provided address. The shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend you obtain proof of postage for your exchange item.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will post a replacement item within 7 business days, with no additional shipping charge.
How to Return an Item

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@delphidog.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exclusions

Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to their return policies.
